I used Buzz in my crease and a bit of limited all over my lid and Strange to highlight my highbrow! Sure, naked could mean that perfect brown smoky eye which is mostly what you saw from Naked 1 and Naked 2 but Naked 3 takes the naked eye to a whole other level!Īll in all the Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette is packed with soft, easy to blend shadows with plenty of pigment (and not a ton of chunky glitter or shimmer by the very way). If you’re talking about the naked eye I think Naked 3 probably embodies that look the most out of all three of the palettes.

I think yes, cooler skin tones are going to find a lot to like here but darker ones might feel like half the palette might not necessarily work for them but honestly, I’ve never been one to limit what I can wear on my eyes and none of you should either! Move down the palette to the last five shades and you’re getting more bark, chocolate, taupe, and darkened plum ( Blackheart like the polish). These are the roses, the creams, the beiges, and the plums. The first seven shades are very dedicated to a cooler, brisk look. There’s still a lot of warm in this palette and it seems to be broken down into soft rose gold nudes with a few browns, taupes, and even plums thrown in. I’m unsure if I’d called Naked 3 the cooler palette. Aside from this I felt all the other colors were quite excellent! That glitter means I’m not seeing as much pigment from the shade as I hoped for. It was such a pretty shade and I was so excited about it but it has a lot of glitter and ends up falling out crazily. The worst offender in the palette was Dust. Add to the fact that the mattes are just as soft and buttery as the satins and shimmers and you have a great palette. Urban Decay has a way with eyeshadow and these shades pair up beautifully together and just work. The palette is gorgeous, did you really think otherwise? The shadows are pigmented with a soft, easy to blend formula and almost all of them applied and wore extremely well. I have so many brushes but really all I need is a blending brush and an eyeshadow one and this includes just that. I know many expressed loving the dual-ended 24/7 Eyeliner that the original Naked 1 came with but I actually prefer the brush! It’s soft, shed-free, and has two sides I can use to create a variety of looks. The interior has a generously sized mirror and a dual-ended Good Karma Brush for application and blending. Naked 3 is beautiful inside and out! It comes in the same metal pencil case that the Naked 2 came in but this time it’s a rose gold casing with a wavy indent along the top.
